Mr. Robinson joined the firm in 2003, became a partner in 2007 and became a firm owner in 2019. Mr. Robinson has a strong background in litigation and in Indian, natural resources, administrative and environmental law. While an attorney at Nevada Legal services, he provided comprehensive legal representation to individual Indian clients, as well as tribes in all areas of Indian law, including protection of tribal water rights. During his tenure at the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance, Mr. Robinson practiced extensively in the area of natural resources and environmental law, working closely with New Mexico tribes on Indian land claims issues. At the University of New Mexico School of Law, Mr. Robinson dedicated himself to the study of Indian and natural resources law.

Besides being an accomplished litigator, Mr. Robinson has had numerous successes working with tribes, administrative agencies, and elected governmental officials on legislative and regulatory issues.
