PRIOR LEGAL EXPERIENCE:
Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona: enforced provisions of the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement and tobacco statutes/regulations, also represented the Arizona Department of Real Estate in licensure matters (2004-2006); private practice: employment discrimination and personal injury litigation, criminal defense, workers compensation law (2000-2004).

CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts I, Trusts and Estates I and Criminal Procedure; Finalist in Creighton Law School Domestic Moot Court Competition (1998); Dean′s list.
